The Brandywine Conservancy, parent organization of the Brandywine River Museum and Environmental Management Center, has preserved art and the environment in the Brandywine Valley since its founding in 1967. More than 4,000 works of art have been collected, and over 45,000 acres of land permanently protected for future generations.
